We are HE LIVES OUTREACH MINISTRY, a dynamic non-denominational hybrid missionary outreach committed to serving God and humanity. We boldly proclaim that God lives and is very much alive, as demonstrated through our healing ministry, remarkable signs and wonders, and the powerful teachings of Christ Jesus, our Lord and Savior.
As a united team of change-makers, we firmly believe that through Christ Jesus, nations and communities can be transformed, and those in need can be empowered to live boldly and worship God as free individuals.
OUR HISTORY
He Lives Outreach Ministry Incorporated was established on September 1, 2001, and was officially incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission in Nigeria on January 25, 2017, bearing the registration number RC94266.
The founding vision of the ministry stems from an encounter experienced by Evangelist Chidi Declan Onyejiegbu on September 1, 2001, in Bariga, Lagos, while residing with his eldest brother. During this encounter, God called him to serve as a missionary outside of the traditional church setting. This mission aims to address the urgent needs of individuals in distress and to serve as a global witness to the living truth of Jesus Christ, beginning with outreach efforts in rural areas and extending to urban centers. This divine directive inspired the name “He Lives Outreach Ministry” and underscores the ministry’s ongoing commitment to serving in villages and inner cities around the world.
After its initial founding, the ministry paused operations at God’s direction, allowing Evangelist Chidi Declan to train under his brother-in-law, Emmanuel Eleghasim Ezegbogu, the head pastor of Reapers Faith Ministry in Mafoluku, Oshodi, Lagos State, Nigeria. Following this period of training, he gained admission to university in 2004.
In 2017, the ministry was formally incorporated in Nigeria, marking the restoration of its full range of activities. The current permanent location of the ministry is in Ogbaku, Imo State, Nigeria. For further information, details can be found on our Contact Us page.
He Lives Outreach Ministry is dedicated to its mission, which combines spiritual and social initiatives. While not a social organization, it undertakes social projects aimed at alleviating the suffering of communities we serve, alongside preaching the gospel of Christ. Our two primary objectives are to share the transformative spiritual message of Christ Jesus and to address physical hardships faced by individuals due to hunger, sickness, injustice, illiteracy, and poverty.
Currently, our outreach extends to several locations, including the Niagara Region in Ontario, Canada; Gulu in Uganda; Accra in Ghana; and Ogbaku in Imo State, Nigeria, with aspirations for further expansion as guided by divine providence.

OUR MISSION
Our mission aims to address the URGENT needs of individuals in spiritual and physical distress and to serve as a GLOBAL WITNESS to the living truth of Jesus Christ, beginning from RURAL areas to URBAN centres.
OUR STATEMENT OF FAITH
1. We believe that Jesus Christ is the author and finisher of our faith
2. We believe that Jesus Christ is our God and the one who sent us to bear him a witness on earth
3. That same Jesus Christ is God the Father who came in human flesh as a son to be born by a woman and was killed as a son and later returned to the earth in the nature of the Holy Spirit.
4. We believe that the name of the Father is Jesus Christ, the name of the Son is Jesus Christ, and the name of the holy spirit is Jesus Christ
5. We believe that every human being bears the nature of Adam and Eve, our first parents, and when you become a born-again Christian, you have the redeemed nature of Christ Jesus in you.
6. We believe that Jesus Christ came to redeem humanity from the Adamic nature of disobedience through his death on the cross of Calvary
7. The redeemed nature of Christ cannot sin and cannot be tagged a sinner but is liable to make mistakes that can result in sin and iniquity which can be forgiven whenever he asks for mercy through the blood of Jesus Christ his redeemer.
8. We believe that the first foundation of Christianity is believing in Christ Jesus as our lord and Saviour in genuine REPENTANCE, the second layer is the REMISSION of sin through the immersion baptism in water in the name of Jesus Christ, the third layer is the baptism of the holy spirit which could result in speaking in divers tongues.
9. We believe in all the chapters of the Bible to be true and the only yardstick to measure God and man
10. We believe that men and women are equal in the sight of God and that a man must love his wife without condition and a woman must always submit to her husband without condition.
11. We believe in the 5-fold ministry of the saints and all the spiritual gifts sent and operational by God
12. We worship God in truth and spirit, faith and integrity of purpose, and all honesty without any shortcut or medium of prayer. We don’t sell or buy any spiritual material for prayers and healing. Our healing ministry is Faith-based in Jesus Christ only.
13. Our method of union in marriage is between Adam and Eve only.
14. We practice a method of holy communion with unleavened bread and wine with feet washing by one another as done in John 13:14-17
15. We accept donations, offerings and gifts from individuals, agencies, churches and organizations without conditions attached.

Evang. Chidi Declan Onyejiegbu
Evang. Chidi Declan Onyejiegbu founded “He Lives Outreach Ministry”, which actively promotes the activities of Christ Jesus through compassionate healing. He resides in Ontario, Canada, with his wife and three children. Evang. Chidi Declan confidently shares the message of Christ Jesus and engages with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures, locally and internationally regardless of colour or race.
